As an Instructor at the Ft. Huachuca NCO Academy:
Contractor will be required to provide instruction and student evaluations on MI Noncommissioned Officer roles, responsibilities, and operations as part of the MI Noncommissioned Officer Education System (NCOES). Contracted instructors will be required to write/update lesson plans and produce instructional products pertinent to subjects taught in the 35F, 35G, 35N, 35P, 35S, 35Q and 35T MOSs, or any applicable MI MOSs as needed by the NCOA, at Advanced Leaders Course (ALC).The contractor will be required to assist in the training, administration and development of the NCOA. This may include providing input into, updating, and maintaining lesson plans, pertinent training materials, tests, student handouts, critical task lists, ASAT input, schedule development, test TSP, incorporation of lessons learned into the POI, and POI improvement recommendations based on approved Government doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures.The contractor will provide doctrinally correct instruction for the WOBC when necessary to facilitate the TRADOC requirement of a six day work week.The contractor will be required to maintain and update courseware to ensure accuracy and relevancy of course material.The contractor will be required to provide competent and doctrinally correct training, instruction, exercise development, and student evaluations regarding roles, responsibilities, and operations relevant to the NCOA.The contractor will be required to teach course POI or modifications to the POI.Contracted instructors will be required to enter/update lesson plans and/or other information into current TRADOC automated training databases.The Contractor will be required to be available to work workdays, to include Saturdays, or evenings, including FTX or Situational Training Exercises (STX), on Ft Huachuca and surrounding area for a total of hours not to exceed the contracted number of hours.Mandatory Qualifications (Education, Certifications, Experience, Skills)The Instructors for the NCOA course must have honorably served as a senior level NCO or Warrant Officer equivalent in the following MOS: 35P, or an equivalent specialty in another branch of service or other U.S. government agency conducting tactical or strategic operations for a minimum of 6 years.Must have practical experience applicable to training knowledge, skills, and abilities associated with senior grade positions in MOS 35P. Senior NCO is described as Sergeant First Class (SFC) or higher.Must have a valid TS/SCI or interim TS security clearance at the start of contract performance and be able to maintain this clearance throughout the life of the contract.Must possess current experience related to current MI doctrine, recent (draft) changes and fielding of the Army Field Manuals, Army Regulations and DoD Directives relating to Intelligence Operations.Must have experience working on the most recent automation tools-sets and systems applicable to Intelligence operations.
Desired Qualifications (Education, Certifications, Experience, Skills)
It is preferred that contract instructors possess current applicable instructor qualifications (i.e. - ABIC, ITC, and SGITC) upon acceptance of employment as required
It is preferred that the emplyee have previous MOS-related experience in Operation IRAQI FREEDOM and/or Operation ENDURING FREEDOM as an instructor in a TRADOC environment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
