Jacobs is looking for talented individuals to join our team for DISA's Joint Interoperability Test Command \(JITC\) supporting the upcoming Test, Evaluation, and Certification \(TEC\) contract\. We are seeking current/former incumbents who are/or have supported the current JITC T&E MSS IDIQ contract \(at Fort Huachuca, AZ and Fort Meade, MD\), as well as any candidates who have skill sets that can support the full spectrum of IT communication systems and software test and evaluation\.

Performs analytical work in support of testing, evaluation, and certification of IT/NSS related to military intelligence and ISR\. T&E areas include developmental, operational, standards conformance, enterprise, and interoperability\.
Incorporates DoD and Intelligence Community interoperability directives and instructions in all T&E processes\. Intelligence T&E support areas include developmental, operational, standards conformance, enterprise, and interoperability\. A T&E analyst follows and applies common T&E processes that include identify requirements, verify user needs, develop evaluation approach, collect data, analyze data, and report on findings\. Reviews, analyzes,and evaluates IT systemoperations\. Reviews and analyzes blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings, diagrams, and specifications\. Must be able to review, analyze, and interpret customer information\. Solicits intelligence system requirements and associated operational environments to produce an evaluation approach that supports T&E objectives\. Shares and briefs T&E project milestones to all levels of stakeholders\. Conducts and may oversee testing of processes and products\. Responsible for the design and implementation of test procedures to determine if standards and criteria are met\. Recommends adjustments to the T&E process or detailed procedures if appropriate\. Responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements; conducts audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation\. Relies on manual methods and automated test tools to execute the cybersecurity assessment and collect data\. Inspects, tests, and measures data that is produced or consumed\. Must be able to document, notify, brief, and discuss results\. Records all initial findings and documents final test results in a designated formal cybersecurity report\. Accounts for anomalies and errors found in testing, notifies customers and management, and may help analyze and/or correct problems\. Acceptable degree specialties include but are not limited to the following: Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Cybersecurity, and various engineering and science disciplines\.
This labor category may also include personnel who provide technical testing, analytical, and management support in areas of intelligence and ISR where knowledge and skills are gained primarily through unique formal education, specialized training, and operational assignments requiring access to sensitive or classified information and systems\. General experience, training, and/or certifications for this category are concentrated in various intelligence disciplines, ISR systems and platforms, and multi\-disciplined intelligence processes\. Relevant experience includes, but is not limited to the following intelligence disciplines and fields: Signals Intelligence, Imagery Intelligence, Human Intelligence,Measurement and Signatures Intelligence, Geospatial Intelligence, All\-Source Intelligence Analysis, and Counter Intelligence\.
Must be familiar with standard intelligence/ISR concepts, practices, and procedures\. Relies on instructions and pre\- established guidelines to perform the functions of the job\. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment\. Performs a variety of tasks\. Works under immediate supervision\. Typically reports to a project leader, supervisor, or manager\.
Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor?s degree and at least 2 years of experience; an Associate?s degree with at least 8 years of experience; or at least 60 semester hours of formal education working towards an Associate?s or Bachelor?s degree and at least 12 years of experience\. Relevant certifications in the area of specialization may be substituted for 1 year of experience\. The degree must be in a relevant technical curriculum and experience must be related to the job duties\.
For the purpose of evaluating qualifications under this labor category, one week of certified intelligence systems or intelligence processes training at a DoD or Service school equals 40 course hours of completed training \(8 hours per day\)\. Intelligence training can be validated by presenting the appropriate certificate\(s\) or course completion record froma DoD Military Service intelligence school that lists the course duration in hours, days, or weeks\.
Acceptable degree specialties include but are not limited to the following: Information Technology, Mathematics, Computer Networking, Cybersecurity, and various engineering and science disciplines\.
Related certifications in the area of specialization may be substituted for 1 year of experience\. Examples of relevant Government or industry training include, but are not limited to, DAWIA Test and Evaluation Level 1/2/3 certification, SPRDE Level 1/2/3 certifications, CTEP certification, and applicable United States Federal or DoD school training and certification on a specific system, network, or technology\.
This position will require a security clearance at the Secret level or higher\.
Essential Functions:
Physical Requirements
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time\. Position may require filing, typing, and reading from a computer screen\. Must have sufficient mobility, included but not limited to: bending, reaching, turning and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner\. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distances may be required\.
Work Environment
An inside and outside environment \(considerations: closed quarters, close together, lighting\)\. Needs to be able to work well with co\-workers and all levels of management\. No hazards on job or unusual environmental conditions\.
Equipment and Machines
Ability to operate office equipment such as a personal computer, printer, copy machine, telephone, fax machine and other equipment including desk supplies and other work related tools as required\.
Attendance
Core work hours will be between 9:00 a\.m\. ? 3:00 p\.m\. Monday \- Friday\. Regular attendance of scheduled hours is extremely important, but not critical, except for deadlines and meetings\. Punctuality and regular attendance are necessary to meet deadlines\. Must exhibit flexibility of work hours to adjust to surge situations based on critical mission requirements\.
Other Essential Functions
Must demonstrate professional behavior at all times when dealing with customers, management and co\-workers\. Must have clear, concise and accurate communications skills in English, both verbal and written\. Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk to employees or others\. Must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a professional manner\. Independent personal transportation to office or work site is required\. Travel to and from customer?s locations and the test fields may be required to support projects\. This may involve airline travel\. In some cases, accommodations can possibly be made for POV, if necessary\. When operating any vehicle for work purposes, must wear seat belt and in addition, no cellular devices are to be used when vehicle is in motion\.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
