Job Description
Lead Cognitive Performance Coach:
Provides subject matter expertise in the areas of Psychology, Performance Psychology, Counseling, or Kinesiology to conduct research across seven functional areas of: Cognitive Enhancement and Accelerated Learning, Instructor Development and Training, Tactical Training, Holistic Human Performance Training, Curriculum Development Technology and Software Development and Research, Program Evaluation and Assessment.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Analyzes and identifies needs and provides viable interventions, including training and performance support.
+ Participates in the development of research procedures.
+ Gathers data and compiles information into documents related to sport psychology to include mental skills and cognitive enhancement training techniques.
+ Provides subject matter expertise, applying industry best practices of operational and functional physical fitness from military and professional sports in the development of training and other technology-based learning solutions.
+ May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced personnel.
+ Maintains current knowledge of relevant subject matter expertise as assigned.
+ Participates in special projects as required.
Education
+ MA/MS in the field of Psychology, Counseling, or Kinesiology with a specialized emphasis in sport and/or performance psychology.
+ PhD degree in the field of Psychology, Counseling, or Kinesiology with a specialized emphasis in sport and/or performance psychology, preferred
+ Graduates of Army?s Master Resilience Training Course preferred.
+ Certified consultant status with the Association for Applied Sports Psychology preferred.
+ Certified Army Performance Expert. Preferred
Qualifications
10 Years of experience in Psychology, Counseling, or Kinesiology with a specialized emphasis in sport and/or performance psychology.
A PhD may be substituted for 5 years of overall experience. Experience may not be substituted for degree requirements.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
