SOS International LLC \(SOSi\), is seeking an ITIL SACM Process Analyst to support the Regional Cyber Center \- CONUS in Ft\. Huachuca, Arizona\. The ideal candidate will possess experience in Service Asset and Configuration Management \(SACM\)\.
+ Works directly with the ITIL SACM Process Manager to implement, maintain, and improve ITIL processes with a focus on the collection, analysis,and reporting of Service Asset and Configuration Management \(SACM\) related metrics
+ Performs general data analysis activities to include:1\.\) identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets; 2\.\)Filter and ?clean? data by reviewing records, reports, printouts, and performance indicators; 3\.\) Recommend initiation of corrective action\(s\) with support staff when problem areas are identified through data analysis
+ Performs general process related activities to include: 1\.\)Data entry, records management, and data quality analysis within the ITIL tool set; 2\.\)Tracking and reporting of identified process improvement and process performance KPI?s; 3\.\) Preparation of monthly process performance reports, including data validation and reconciliation
+ Interaction with support staff to enhance process knowledge and compliance towards meeting process performance KPI?s
+ Facilitation of process related meetings
+ Ad\-hoc activities as identified by the ITIL Process Manager
+ Secret clearance or ability to obtain interim
+ HS \+3 years? experience in IT/Service Desk, or AA/AS \+1 or BA/BS
+ Must have ITIL v3 Foundation certification within 90 days of hire
+ Experience and other knowledge, skills, and abilities requirements can follow here
+ Previous SACM and/or CMDB experience
+ ITIL Practitioner certification
+ Previous experience with an IT Service Management tool \(BMC Remedy, ServiceNow\)
+ Work environment is normal office setting

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
