Description
We are actively searching for qualified candidates for this opportunity\. We are currently identifying candidates for this effort\. This requisition is contingent upon award of contract to Jacobs\.
We have an exciting opportunity for Intermediate, Senior, and Expert Military Intelligence Officer Basic Course International Military Student Office \(MIOBC IMSO\) Trainers at Fort Huachuca in Sierra Vista, AZ\. The successful candidate will provide training instruction for the U\.S\. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence \(ICoE\) MOS producing courses\.
Duties:
Apply advanced instructional methods and adult learning models to training during platform instruction, small group instruction, and individual instruction, mentorship, and coaching\. Provide research support to students during performance\-based practical exercise planning and preparation time\. Trainers will be required to support training on nights, holidays, and weekends as dictated by the published training schedule\.
Qualifications
Skills/Qualifications for all MIOBC IMSO Trainers:
+ TS/SCI or Interim TS
+ Must have current experience related to current Military Intelligence \(MI\) doctrine, recent \(draft\) changes and fielding of the Army Field Manuals, Army Regulations and Department of Defense \(DOD\) Directives relating to Intelligence Operations
+ Must have experience working on the most recent automation tools\-sets and systems applicable to Intelligence operations
+ Experience with multi\-echelon, Joint, Coalition, and Multi\-National Intelligence Operations, having the ability to employ Military Intelligence Soldiers at all levels of command \(PLT through BDE\) in U\.S\. and multi\-national combined arms combat and intelligence gathering operations
+ Must have been deployed within the MI branch as a Tactical Intelligence Officer \(35D\), Senior Non\-commissioned Officer, or Senior Warrant Officer in support of authorized Intelligence Activities within the last ten years
+ Graduate of one of the following MI Branch courses: Advanced Officer Course, Advanced Non\-commissioned Officer Course, or Advanced Warrant Officer Course
+ Must have experience with Batallion \(BN\) and Brigade \(BDE\) level Military Intelligence \(MI\) Systems, Division\(Div\) level Analysis Control Element \(ACE\), After Action Review \(AAR\) process, Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield \(IPB\), Military Decision Making Process \(MDMP\), Collection Management, Asset Management, Targeting, Human Intelligence Operations, S2X duties and responsibilities, Tactical Questioning, Analysis, The Orders process, Equipment and capabilities, Intelligence Life Cycle, Contemporary Operating Environment \(COE\), Reconnaissance and Surveillance planning, Intelligence Support to Collection, Targeting, and the Intelligence Synchronization process
+ Must have Honorable Discharge
Qualifications for Intermediate MIOBC IMSO Trainers:
+ Must have 4 years? experience as a Tactical Intelligence Officer \(35D\), Senior Non\-commissioned Officer, Senior Warrant Officer, or Civilian within the MI branch or an equivalent specialty in another branch of service, or other U\.S\. government agency in support of authorized intelligence activities within the last ten years
Qualifications for Senior MIOBC IMSO Trainers:
+ Must have 6 years? experience as a Tactical Intelligence Officer \(35D\), Senior Non\-commissioned Officer, Senior Warrant Officer, or Civilian within the MI branch or an equivalent specialty in another branch of service, or other U\.S\. government agency in support of authorized intelligence activities within the last ten years
Qualifications for Expert MIOBC IMSO Trainers:
+ Must have 8 years? experience as a Tactical Intelligence Officer \(35D\), Senior Non\-commissioned Officer, Senior Warrant Officer, or Civilian within the MI branch or an equivalent specialty in another branch of service, or other U\.S\. government agency in support of authorized intelligence activities within the last ten years
Physical Requirements
Sitting at desk\. Phone use and PC or laptop\. Filing required\. May require lifting and carrying boxes of supplies or files up to 25 lbs\. Other physical requirements may include directing and participating in training exercises outside the classroom\.
Equipment and Machines
General office equipment, which includes: telephone, fax machine, copier, PC/laptop, and other miscellaneous office equipment\.
Attendance
Work assignments dependent on requirements by the client\. Training and training support may be required on nights, holidays, and weekends as dictated by the published training schedule\.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
