Description
We are actively searching for qualified candidates for this opportunity\. We are currently identifying candidates for this effort\. This requisition is contingent upon award of contract to Jacobs\.
We have an exciting opportunity for Training Developers for MI Officer and MI Systems Integrator Maintainer at Fort Huachuca in Sierra Vista, AZ\. The successful candidate will provide training instruction for the U\.S\. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence \(ICoE\) Training Development and Support\.
Duties:
Serve as an assistant instructor and support development, maintenance, and management of distance learning \(DL\) and DL courseware\. Administer performance\-based tests, conduct student critiques, review lesson plans, course material, assist in the development of and improvements to training materials related to DL products\.
Qualifications
Skills/Qualifications for all Training Developers for MI Officer and MI Systems Integrator Maintainer:
+ Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
+ Must have 6 years of current and relevant MOS operational experience
+ Completion of one of the below applicable military courses or other service equivalent: WOBC, WOAC, MIOBC, MICCC
+ Graduate of Systems Approach to Training \(SAT\) or the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation \(ADDIE\) Course, or equivalent service course, or pass ADDIE on 1st enrollment
+ Common Faculty Development Program Instructor Course \(CFDP\-IC\) graduate or equivalent service or pass CFDP\-IC on 1st enrollment
Physical Requirements
Sitting at desk\. Phone use and PC or laptop\. Filing required\. May require lifting and carrying boxes of supplies or files up to 25 lbs\. Other physical requirements may include directing and participating in training exercises outside the classroom\.
Equipment and Machines
General office equipment, which includes: telephone, fax machine, copier, PC/laptop, and other miscellaneous office equipment\.
Attendance
Work assignments dependent on requirements by the client\. Training and training support may be required on nights, holidays, and weekends as dictated by the published training schedule\.

Must be well organized with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously\. Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing\. Must not pose a safety hazard to employees working in the same general area\.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
