The company employs over 74,000 people and operates in more than 40 countries around the world.   Jacobs is looking for talented individuals to join our team for DISA's Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) supporting the upcoming Test, Evaluation, and Certification (TEC) contract.   The ACC program is a National Security Agency (NSA) Information Assurance Directorate initiative to develop and implement a cryptographic transformation strategy against new or emerging cryptographic vulnerabilities.  It includes users from the Department of Defense (DOD) Services, federal and local agencies, and foreign partners.  ACC is an NSA Tier 1 program.  It is under oversight of the NSA Associate Directorate for independent Test and Evaluation (T&E) on behalf of the Director, NSA.  The ACC Increment 1 program will be developed in three waves.  Each wave contains a list of End Cryptographic Units (ECUs)/devices that will implement the ACC upgrade.  The Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) is an ACC critical interface.  Further program details, to include ACC Increment II plans, are classified. Evaluate National Security Agency (NSA) Advanced Cryptographic Capabilities (ACC) Operational Effectiveness Suitability and Survivability (OESS). Assist in developing Test Processes, Strategy, and Methodology to address Interoperability Requirements for the ACC Assist in developing Operational Test Plans and Test Reports Assist in performing data analysis Attend all required test events in support of Interoperability and Operational Test Requirements Attend various teleconferences, meetings and working groups. Provide updates to the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) Ensure test requirements, test scenarios and test scripts adequately cover Key Performance Parameters (KPPS). Assist in providing administrative task support such as Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), Weekly Status Reports (WARs) and meeting minutes.   Qualifications   Education and Experience: Requires a Master's degree and at least 8 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience. One year of experience can be substituted by 15 semester hours completed towards a Master's degree. The degree must be in a relevant technical curriculum and experience must be related to the job duties. Requires at least 1 certification in area of specialization. Additional certifications in the area of specialization may be substituted for 1 year of experience. Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance at time of hire.  Candidate should be familiar with operational testing and evaluation. Essential Functions:   Physical Requirements Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require filing, typing, and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, included but not limited to: bending, reaching, turning and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distances may be required.   Work Environment An inside and outside environment (considerations: closed quarters, close together, lighting). Needs to be able to work well with co-workers and all levels of management. No hazards on job or unusual environmental conditions.   Equipment and Machines Ability to operate office equipment such as a personal computer, printer, copy machine, telephone, fax machine and other equipment including desk supplies and other work related tools as required.   Attendance Core work hours will be between 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.  Punctuality and regular attendance are necessary to meet deadlines. Must exhibit flexibility of work hours to adjust to surge situations based on critical mission requirements.   Other Essential Functions Must demonstrate professional behavior at all times when dealing with customers, management and co-workers. Must have clear, concise and accurate communications skills in English, both verbal and written. Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk to employees or others. Must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a professional manner. Independent personal transportation to office or work site is required. Travel to and from customer's locations and the test fields may be required to support projects. This may involve airline travel. In some cases, accommodations can possibly be made for POV, if necessary. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
