We are looking for a candidate with Information Technology (IT) services background for a US Army Regional Cyber Center - Continental United States (USARCC-C) contract.  US Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) serves as the Army Service Component Command to USCYBERCOM for Cyberspace Operations and is under Tactical Control (TACON) to Joint Forces Headquarters Department of the Defense Information Network (JFHQ-DoDIN) for DoDIN Operations and Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO). ARCYBER is the primary Army headquarters responsible for cyberspace operations in support of Army and Joint requirements and serves as the single point of contact for reporting and assessing Army cyberspace incidents, events and operations in Army networks, and for synchronizing and integrating Army responses thereto.   Responsibilities: Serve as the technical expert for a team of engineers responsible for ensuring the continued operations and functions of enterprise network assets including Cisco Routers and switches, VPNs, Red Hat, Solaris, CyberGuard and Fortinet Firewalls in a large scale secured classified and unclassified network environments through an extensive quality assurance and auditing function. Will ensure all Department of Defense Information Network - Army (DoDIN-A) UC Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Data and Video Teleconferencing capabilities that operate over the Army and DoD NIPRNet and SIPRNet enterprise network infrastructure at each post/camp/station are configured, operated, monitored, secured, and sustained In Accordance With (IAW) the Army Regulation (AR) 25-2 and the approved Joint Technical Architecture (JTA) ensuring configuration, security and connection into the DoDIN-A and Global Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) enterprises are maintained. Will ensure the UC team provides secure and interoperable UC VoIP, Data and VTC cutting edge services to CONUS at the USARCC-C. Understands IP based Enterprise and Cloud based services and solutions and how they can be used to support the Army's tactical and business day-to-day missions. Fully understands the DoDIN, the Army DoDIN-A, the DoDIN (formerly known as the DISN) UC certification process in-order to ensure emerging technologies and services will be able to support the information sharing needs of the Army stakeholder and customers. Expected to provide DoD, Army and industry best practices such as the IT Service Management (ITSM) Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) practices which aligns IT services with the tactical and over business needs of the Army and its customers and stakeholders. Provide technical support, research and recommendations for UC and DoDIN-A services, hardware, software, applications, tools, systems, or networks used by the Government. Provides Service Level Management process training and coaching as required.   Required Skills: 6-8 years of experience managing a staff of more than 30 personnel. Experience managing enterprise network assets including Cisco Routers and switches, VPNs, Red Had, Solaris, CyberGuard and Fortinent Firewalls. Extensive experience troubleshooting and resolving Network problems. Experience managing VoIP and Video Teleconferencing Enterprise Systems. Extensive experience troubleshooting VoIP and Video Teleconferencing Network problems. Certifications: IAT Level II Baseline Certification (i.e. Security+) Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) and Voice Certfications. ITIL Foundation Certified (or must be able to obtain within 3 months of contract start or hiring date) In depth experience of ITL best practices including utilizing Remedy ITSM.   Education:    BS degree (MS preferred) in a technical field (Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, or Management Information Systems), or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
