Expert Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL/ITSM) Practitioner

Job Description In accordance with ITIL practices, coordinates the preparation, review and consolidation of client information systems, budgets, acquisitions and business plans. Ensures adherence to budgets and business plans through periodic review of financial reports and capital appropriation requests. Provides assistance for proposing, implementing and enforcing policies, standards and ITIL methodologies. Monitors and reports the effectiveness of training on employees during the orientation period and for career development. Participates in initial plan and design meetings and existing plan enhancements coordination events. Provides ITIL infrastructure subject matter expertise to develop, improve, integrate, measure, and report on operational processes throughout organization. Applies best business practices to assess, develop, maintain, and update ITIL infrastructure documentation. Provides ITIL training and facilitates knowledge transfer among Contractor and Government personnel. Typical Education & Experience Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 10 years work experience or equivalent experience Required Skills and Education ITIL Expert or Master Certification DoD 8570 Certification Preferred Skills and Education Familiarity with NETCOM architecture, systems, networks, software, processes and procedures.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
