Program Manager - USARCC-C

We are looking for a candidate with Information Technology (IT) services background for a US Army Regional Cyber Center - Continental United States (USARCC-C) contract.  US Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) serves as the Army Service Component Command to USCYBERCOM for Cyberspace Operations and is under Tactical Control (TACON) to Joint Forces Headquarters Department of the Defense Information Network (JFHQ-DoDIN) for DoDIN Operations and Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO). ARCYBER is the primary Army headquarters responsible for cyberspace operations in support of Army and Joint requirements and serves as the single point of contact for reporting and assessing Army cyberspace incidents, events and operations in Army networks, and for synchronizing and integrating Army responses thereto.   Responsibilities: Will provide program management oversight of the USARCC-C contract for the US Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) serving as the Army Service Component Command to USCYBERCOM for Cyberspace Operations and is under Tactical Control (TACON) to Join Forces Headquarters Department of the Defense Information Network (JFHQ-DoDIN) for DoDIN Operations and Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO). Will directly interface with USARCC-C COR and customer key stakeholders. Will be managing team of 100(+) personal and will need to be adept to managing complex operations with full P&L responsibility.   Required Skills: 10+ years' experience in managing large, complex, technical programs; 8 years progressive experience in an Operations Manager (NOSC/SOC), or Service Desk Manager capacity Experience in managing mission critical support staff of 100(+) personnel engaged in 24x7 operations. Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures Provides Service Level Management process training and coaching as required. Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent IT Level III Computing environment certification designated in 8570.01M, AR 25-2 (Information Assurance) ITIL Foundation Certified (or must be able to obtain within 3 months of contract start or hiring date) Prior DoD Program Management Experience preferred for Cyber Command Center Operations.   Education:    BS degree (MS preferred) in a technical field (Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, or Management Information Systems), or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
