Program Manager, Sr.

Summary: The Program Manager, Sr. will perform day-to-day management of the program and develop long term and strategic objectives to ensure that end user requirements will be satisfied.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities:(Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position) Performs horizontal integration planning, and interface with other functional areas, as well as across the projects Ensures technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner; Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, defining schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the Program. Serves as the Government's point of contact and provides technical supervision and guidance to all contractor personnel assigned to the order; Coordinates the efforts of team members as well as subcontractors and contractor vendors, as applicable; Speaks on behalf of the company to interface with government Contracting Officer and/or Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) on all matters of the order, resource, and program management; Responsible for order deliverables, including timely submissions of status reports andmanagement of funding / burn rate for surge support. Develops, reviews, and approves plans, schedules, consulting agreements and other program documents. Participates in business development activities including but not limited to preparation and review of technical and cost proposals. Ensures compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards Prepares and provides various reports and technical reviews to senior management as requested.   Non-Essential Duties: Other duties as assigned   Supervisory Responsibilities: Plan, organize, direct and guide the activities of team members.  Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Chenega policies and applicable laws.   Minimum Qualifications:(To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.) High School Diploma and 12 years' experience; OR Associate's Degree and 10 years' experience; OR Bachelor's Degree and 8 years' experience IT Level I, IAM II certification required iWATCH; AR 25-2 - IA Awareness; AT Level I; Level I OPSEC; CUI; ALMS Security; AHIMA HIPAA - Privacy and Security training required Top Secret / SCI clearance required   Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Leadership and self-direction skills are highly desired. Ability to provide on-call support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.Ability to solve complex problems utilizing creative thinking skills. Strong communication skills. Ability to critically analyze and understand the systems and communicate system requirements to the customer and leadership. Ability to travel as required. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
