Additional information about transcripts is in this document. Basic Requirement for Supervisory Operations Research Analyst (Data Scientist):
Degree:
Bachelor's degree (or higher degree) in operations research; or a degree with at least 24 semester hours in a combination of operations research, mathematics, probability, statistics, mathematical logic, science, or subject-matter courses requiring substantial competence in college-level mathematics or statistics. At least 3 of the 24 semester hours must have been in calculus. In addition to meeting the basic requirement above, to qualify for this position you must also meet the qualification requirements listed below:
Specialized
Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes analyzing, reviewing, coordinating, and integrating the actions necessary to implement the Data Analysis and Cost and Economic Analysis; formulating program plans, policies, procedures, and programmatic guidance necessary for implementing the Cost and Economic Analysis Program; representing the organization on a variety of liaison, advisory, and consulting assignments; and advising and making recommendations on study direction to Operations Research Analysts and Computer Scientists/Engineers who are organized into study teams. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-14). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
