Responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and advising on electromagnetic and TEMPEST projects and programs of broad scope and unusual complexity involving strategic and tactical Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Systems. Develops advance concepts of automation and information processing display, control, transfer, and comparison as applied to C4ISR systems engineering issues and problems. Responsible for management, integration, and coordination of work performed by contractor teams and their performance of assigned tasks. Who May Apply:

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. This definition of specialized experience is at the GS-12 grade level or equivalent pay band in the federal service, which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined by performing the following duties; 1.Identifies weaknesses in existing software, firmware, and hardware in Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems; AND 2.Develops test methodologies/ test approaches to identify critical software components which would impact system objectives; AND 3. Monitors budget reports to ensure contractor's rate of expenditure is in accordance with approved spend plan. Time in Grade Requirement:
Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, no substitution of experience is allowed. ALL candidates must possess the Basic Educational Requirement to be considered for this position. FOREIGN EDUCATION:
If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
